Shirley KWAN Suk Yee (關淑怡) occurs as Cantopop singer in Hong Kong. Her 1st album, Winter Love (冬戀), was discharged around 1989. It was a song Happy Come People Within Love (難得有情人) that processed her tremendously popular.
